Meet Kele

Through my own healing journey, and years of walking alongside women as a counselor, speaker, author and ministry leader, I’ve discovered that healthy boundaries aren’t selfish. They’re sacred. They create space for healthier relationships, deeper peace, and a life that is led by God’s wisdom instead of guilt, exhaustion or fear.

I’ve had the privilege of counseling women through difficult marriages, divorce, grief, trauma, life transitions, and identity struggles. No matter their story, one theme continues to surface: many women love deeply, but are carrying everyone else’s needs ahead of their own and have never learned how to love others without losing themselves.

I believe Jesus never asked us to carry every burden, fix every problem, or meet everyone’s expectations. He invites us instead, to live from a place of freedom, truth, and grace.

If you’re longing to break free from people-pleasing, find your voice, and build relationships marked by both love and healthy boundaries, I’d be honored to walk that journey with you.

Testimonials

Kele is truly passionate about walking with you in your time of need. I believe people come in your life for a reason and season and through this current season of my life, she was dedicated in providing me tools of self-love and self-care. She's also a great listener that doesn't judge you regardless of the emotion you carry and knows the right things to say to help you get passed the situation you are stuck in. I'm grateful to have worked with her and encourage others to do so.

Kele has been such a gift to me during some of the hardest months of my life. She sat with me patiently and compassionately as I processed hard realities, listened for what God was saying, and discerned how to move forward with wisdom and peace. The work we did together truly helped realign my life. As I step into 2026, I feel grounded, empowered by God, and confident that He has already given me everything I need for the life He's called me to. I'm deeply grateful for Kele's guidance, care, and faith-filled support.

Working with Kele has helped in my personal growth in ways that are easy to talk about. Kele challenges you, pushes you and makes you do the hard things you've been closed off to confronting. Working with Kele has allowed me to show up as a better mother, better wife, better friend, better Christian, but mostly she is helping me to show up for myself. We so often try to ignore our own needs and not focus on the work that we need to do to better ourselves. This past year with Kele I've learned a lot about why I am the way I am and how that impacts others around me and the way I view the world. Kele can be brutally honest, but in the kindest, most vulnerable way possible. She doesn't want you to show up for her, she wants you to show up to grow towards the person Jesus is calling you to be.

You were never called to carry others burdens alone.

Healthy boundaries aren't selfish, they're sacred. Join us and discover the freedom that comes from living with grace, wisdom, and healthy boundaries.
